Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Iftin Ops (“Iftin Ops,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this website (iftinops.com) or use the Iftin Ops application (app.iftinops.com). It is written in plain language rather than as bespoke legal advice — if you have questions, contact us at support@iftinops.com.
Information we collect
We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us:
- Demo requests and inquiries. When you request a demo or contact us, we collect what you provide — your name, company name, work email, phone number, country, company size, and the operational challenge or message you describe.
- Account and business information. If you become a customer, we collect information needed to set up and operate your Iftin Ops workspace — business name, contact details, service area, business hours, and staff/team accounts you create.
- Customer and service data. As you use the application, your business's own data is stored on your behalf — leads, bookings, jobs, customer records, and related communications your business collects through Iftin Ops.
- Technical and log data. Like most web applications, we automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, and access timestamps, for security and troubleshooting purposes.
- Cookies. This marketing website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. The application (app.iftinops.com) uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to maintain your session securely.
Third-party processors
We rely on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate Iftin Ops. Each processes only the data necessary to perform its function:
- Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure, used to store account, business, and application data securely, with access controls separating each business's data.
- Paddle — our payment provider, used to process one-time setup fees and recurring subscription payments. Paddle handles your payment details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
- Google — used for Google Calendar integration, connected via Google's own OAuth authorization flow, to sync bookings to a business's calendar.
- Email and workflow providers — used to send transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and account notifications, and to run automated workflows (for example, appointment reminders on the Pro plan).
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to demo requests and inquiries
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Iftin Ops application for our customers
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send confirmations, reminders, and service-related communications
- Maintain the security and integrity of our systems
- Improve our website and product over time
Data separation
Each business using Iftin Ops has its own private workspace. Business and customer data is kept tenant-separated, so one customer's data is not accessible to another customer of Iftin Ops.
Security practices
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data involved, including role-based access controls, tenant data separation, and server-side verification of billing and access status. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain account and business data for as long as an account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward in case service is restarted or as needed to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. If your subscription ends, your data is retained rather than immediately deleted; contact us if you would like your data removed.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@iftinops.com. Business account administrators can also manage staff/team access directly within the application.
International use
Iftin Ops is built primarily for businesses in Canada and the United States. Depending on where our infrastructure and service providers operate, information may be processed or stored outside the country where you or your business are located.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as our website, product, or providers change. We will update the effective date above when we do.
