Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Iftin Ops website (iftinops.com) and application (app.iftinops.com), operated by Iftin Ops (“we,” “us”). By using our website or application, you agree to these Terms. This is a general-purpose SaaS agreement, not bespoke legal advice for your specific business.

Service description

Iftin Ops is a business operations platform for HVAC companies, providing lead management, online booking, job and customer management, revenue tracking, and — on applicable plans — automation such as reminders, follow-up, and alerting.

Eligibility

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register, and to enter into a binding agreement with us. Our services are intended for business use, not personal or household use.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for all activity under your account, and for the accuracy of information your business enters into the application. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Iftin Ops to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's data or workspace
• Use the service to send unsolicited or unlawful communications
• Reverse-engineer or misuse the platform outside its intended business purpose

Subscriptions and setup fees

Each plan requires a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly subscription fee, as described on our Pricing page at the time you sign up. Setup fees cover implementation, configuration, and training. Monthly subscription fees recur according to your billing cycle until cancelled.

Taxes

Listed prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and added to your payment.

Payment processing

All payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record and payment processor. Paddle handles payment collection, and applicable sales tax/VAT determination and remittance, as part of its merchant-of-record role. Your payment is subject to Paddle's own terms in addition to these Terms.

Suspension for non-payment

If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, we may suspend access to the application until the issue is resolved. Suspension for non-payment is separate from, and does not itself constitute, a cancellation of your subscription.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges according to the billing terms in effect at the time of cancellation. See our Refund Policy for how charges already billed are handled.

Intellectual property

Iftin Ops, its software, design, and branding are the property of Iftin Ops. Your business retains ownership of the data you enter into the application. We do not claim ownership of your business or customer data.

Third-party services

Iftin Ops integrates with third-party services, including Paddle (payments) and Google (Calendar integration). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the relevant third party's own terms.

Availability

We aim to keep the application available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen issues may affect availability from time to time.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where required by applicable law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue results, or lead volume from use of the platform.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Iftin Ops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or as otherwise permitted by law. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
